If, for any reason you wish to return your purchase, all USA orders can be returned free of charge using our pre-paid service with FedEx. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging and within 30 days of receipt. To return your items please follow the label provided with your delivery. Please keep note of the tracking reference of the package and proof of shipment in case needed for future reference.
Alternatively you can return the items via a courier of your choice, but we’re afraid that this will be at your own expense. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed and any refund to be issued. Please note that all delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
